This room is very well done.  I have never personally been a fan of large stools in front of a couch.  It was a craze for a while which is waining.

This room is nice, but the fireplace is way too small fr the size of the wall and seems totally out of proportion.

As for the horse, perhaps the host's favorite artist.   Hummmmmm.  They wouldn't be mine, I'm quite sure!

It's such a rustic room that I just don't feel the decor fits it.  I don't care for the horse artwork anyway but here it is much too large for the space above the fireplace.

The rug and the plaid chair and the orange ottomons have to go, but other than that it is a nice Lodge type of feeling! I don't like too many different patterns in one room, I don't mind a few......

I like the room itself but not the horse or furniture. The fireplace looks too small for a room this size.
