From the beautiful inviting entryway throughout the house, it is festive and elegant!! Love the staircase decorations!

Re: Holidays Down San Antone Way...

How very beautiful!

I love the front shutters an the way the greenery drapes the door, matching the wreaths.  The nut cracker solders are wonderful.

I love all of the white in this home to bounce the light!  The blue and white of the LR/GR looks so fresh with the white background.  The antique rug adds a soft blue to the floor but steps into the background.

The green bar is beautiful with the sparkling crystal.  The wall covering is beautiful!  I love the tall cabinets.  White Zin, please!

The hallway and staircase have wonderful rhythm.  Pattern is everywhere, but the white background makes everything light and fresh.

The garland drape and wreaths are wonderful with the tiger print Regency influence chair on the chevron patterned wood floor.

The dining room with the beautiful Queen Ann dining set is so pretty with the ruffled table cloth.  The paper on the wall is perfect, leaving a little white to bounce light as does the moulding wainscoting.

With the depth of hues used, the home doesn't hit you as "red, white, and blue" but is comfortable and livable.

If this house is supposed to be 8n San Antonio, it is not representative of the area or its Spanish/Mexican culture.  It might more appropriately be in Boston.

Imo this house is a hot mess! Nothing is pretty, nor elegant.

@Kachina624

We actually have quite a few older neighborhoods with this style of homes.

Nice home.  With a different color bow, the garland and wreaths would look great for autumn.
