Holiday storage

I am tired of trooping out to our outdoor storage shed to get my holiday decorations and then trooped back to put them back. A few days ago I asked my SIL who is a craftsman carpenter to build me something. I showed him this picture and he is working on creating something that will be a little more functional than the picture. I want a cabinet for a TV. And garment racks to hang my holiday tablecloths and runners. I also will be storing my craft projects and the like. I do want some of the top open so I can put decorative things in there so no one really knows it is a storage unit. I want it to look like a piece of furniture as the picture indicates.

I think I want it painted white, and thicker crown molding. I also want one of the end closed cabinets to open and be able to pull down a table for my crafts.
