Hobby Lobby Christmas Trees

This year, I've decided to downsize and go with a smaller tree. I saw a 4 1/2 inch prelit tree with some flocking, berries, and pinecones that was so charming. It was on sale for $99.00 (regularly $199.00). That's more than I wanted to spend on a tree that size but I really like it and if it lasts for years, I'm willing to pay the price.

Does anyone have an experience with Hobby Lobby Christmas trees? Do you think that's a good price or do you know where I can find something similar for less?
