Help with stained watch strap!

We bought my son an Adidas watch for his birthday. The strap and case are WHITE polyurethane, which kind of feels like rubber or those silicone pans from QVC. Anyway, he wore the watch with a red long sleeved dress shirt. Red dye from the cuff rubbed off on the strap and now I can't get the red off.

I have tried soap, comet, Goof Off, alcohol, windex, baking soda, a bleach pen & DW40 to name a few. Nothing has had any effect on the red.

Any suggestions would be appreciated !!!!!
