Help from Harry Slatkin Presentation 2/6

Yesterday during a presentation of Harry Slatkin's items, there was a strawberry basket in the background that I was interested in.  It wasn't presented for sale but possibly from another company and only used as a prop.  In talking with my sister this morning, she too wants one.  We think alike even though we are far apart.  Is this familiar to anyone.  I don't know if it was a luminary, a flameless item like Home Reflections sells, etc.  Anyone else see this strawberry basket?  Thanks for the help.

Someone else asked about these as they are adorable. I believe they are going to be a Spring/Summer offering.

@cookie16    I believe @mominohio was looking for those baskets yesterday.  Don't know if she ever found them.

Hi @cookie16

I asked in the Customer Care forum about those yesterday but no answer yet.

They obviously aren't available yet, but I thought they were really cute too.

I'm a little worried at what the price will be because on the videos they ran yesterday, it appeared there was a green 'basket', a lid that was the fruit, and the candle looked like it lifted out and was in a separate container that fit down into the green basket part.

Don't know for sure, but that is what it looked like to me, from the quick videos they kept running.

I'm guessing they will be more toward summer when the farm markets are going strong.

I'm going to keep checking online, and I' will start a post in this forum if I see them listed.

@cookie16, and everyone,

I figured it was a tease as to Harry's next visit. I also want the strawberry one! Thanks for posting,

mominohio,  based on some of your other posts, I thought you may have noticed this item.  I love the country look and believe you do too. Let's hope they are made available at some point.  I have quite a few of Harry's older luminaries and enjoy them throughout the year.

I sent a message to Homeworx and asked when they will be available since many are interested. The response was that they will be available in the spring.

@cookie16

I do love a country kitchen!

We grow a lot of our own food, and a couple of these would look nice in our kitchen during the harvest of that particular fruit. Not really committed to getting any just yet, as I've really put myself on a spending diet and and huge purge of my basement, but I'm definitely interested!

I never bought any of the Slatkin line when he was here before, or any when he was doing the line for Bath and Body Works either.

My mom bought several things since he has been back at Q, and I have to say, neither of us was overly impressed with what she got. She does love the heavy glass jars and lids in the one set, and I have smelled one candle in particular she got before Christmas (don't know which one) that is nice, but much of the items were a real fail in throw, scent and longevity of fragrance.

I suppose I will be looking at these as decor pieces regardless of the quality of the candle, and I do hope the candle part is separate so we can use the basket and fruit separately or fill it with another candle or something.

I hope they aren't too big (or too small! lol) and I'm going to be looking for a good deal of detail in the casting of the ceramic (like seeds in the strawberries and the baskets to have the texture that the real ones do) as well as great shading and color choice in the painting.

I'd probably be better off it they don't meet my standards! I'd save money! lol

But I am anxious to see them presented, and I would guess they are going to sell rather quickly if they aren't too expensive.
