Help: Owners of Bernini 2-in-1 Fountain Tower

I purchased the fountain to use inside the house as they had indicated during the presentation.  I  purchased a bowl to use with the fountain. I thought it may be too small as water was splashing out on to the floor.

I then purchased the actual bowl that Bernini sells on the QVC site.  As it was larger, I thought it would solve my problem.  Water is still splashing out.

I'm using the correct attachment on the top - I'm using the one that splashes the least amount.

I called Bernini and the rep. said that maybe some of the spouts are clogged, try cleaning them and maybe that will help.  (That was not my problem as the problem started when everything was new and fresh).

I said when the product was being sold, the rep said to use at least 4 inches of water.  That is what I've been using.  I asked her if I should use less water.??? She said yes-give that a try...,may be it will splash less.   That also has not worked for me.

Have any of you purchased this fountain to use inside your homes?  If yes, have you been able to not have the water splash out of the bowl?   If you have any helpful hints to share with me I'd appreciate it.

Do you have a photo you can post of the fountain? I have a Bernini fountain, but I use it outside. It was splashing outside the bowl until I adjusted it to be sure it was perfectly level. Now that is not a problem. Mine is supposed to have water up to the 1" level before the top of the bowl.

Fountains do splash. I'd never use one inside - on a concrete patio, absolutely.

@BunSnoop.  I do not have this fountain but have had many others designed for inside use.  I've found it's very difficult to completely eliminate the splash factor.  They all do it to some extent.  The further the water falls, the more the splash.  I usually relegate them to the patio.

I don’t have the fountain you have but I set a piece of fine mesh screen atop mine above water level and that stopped it from doing any splashing. The water falls on the screen and goes through it but doesn’t splash. I don’t know if this is something you could try .
