Forgive me, but I personally can't see a need for one. When I get out of the shower, my towel is room temp. I can't imagine having a warmed towel around me as I'm drying off. I would start sweating before I dried off...LOL

Our towels are great/quality towls so they wick away moisture just fine.

I would rather spend that money toward other things toward the renovation...JMHO Smiley Happy

We had heated towel bars in an English hotel andI loved them. Someone gave me one as a gift for my own home and it never worked as well. I would say if you are cold natured (as I am) they feel wonderful when you get out of the shower or tub. They are also useful for drying small items. HTH .

I'd be interested in reviews, too.

I'm in Northern MI and hopping out of the tub in the dead of winter and asking someone to get me a warm towel out of the dryer is my little slice of heaven!!

Yes, they are wonderful, I am cold natured too.

I had on in a previous home, but it was a floor standing model.  When we built this house it was overlooked.  There were so many other features, options, fixtures and finishes the towel bar was missed.

Now that I am having some other things done, a bathroom mini remodel I want a wall mounted verision installed.

So I am looking for those who have one to find out if they recommend their brand or model.

My daughter had them in her house.  They were great and really nice for children.

I don't have any reviews of a heated towel bar.  I stayed at a hotel while in Europe that had one.  It was nice.  However, I think I'd rather have heated flooring than a towel bar.  JMHO.

You can have both.

Radiant floor heating is a must for tile floors in my opinion in cold climates..... Makes a HUGE difference.
