Make it into a dog den or cat cave, of course!  Cat Tongue

If the photo isn't clear enough to read, it is made by Rust-oleum.  Also, if, like me, you're picky about the details, you can go back and paint in the 'grout' lines.  We were happy with our results.

Thank you for this paint source.  I very much appreciate it.  Posting this question turned out to be the right thing to do because I'm receiving some wonderful advice.


@sfnative    You're welcome, Rebecca.  I'm sure you will agree, I think you rarely go wrong asking for home or cooking advice /opinions /experiences from posters in these forums.  

 

BTW, I still think the link you were given about sponge painting, brick-by-brick is brilliant.  That is the way I would go if I I had it to do over.  Kinda one of those, "Why didn't I think of that?" things.Woman Embarassed
