I purchased a Perfecter in August and today in quit working. (Blinking E1 error) Has anyone else had this issue?  I loved it....and now am very disappointed I paid $75. for something that it appears QVC no longer even carries.....coincidence??

The are releasing a new one soon.  You could google her website and email her or her facebook page.

I have never had any luck with any of her products ... nothing ever worked as it was demonstrated .... I will never order any more of her products!!

I have had few CS reps tell me that you can return merchandise way after the 30 days that they promote, only you will not get your S/H back.

I actually returned a jewelry item much later than 6 months...they did refund me.

Things may be different now. That was over 8 yrs ago, and only that one time.

I hope they make this correct. These kind of items should be more flexible with a return.

Thanks dejavu......I hope they make it right also.  I really did like the item, but having it die in 6 months time is just not acceptable.  And from what I found on an Internet search, mine was not the only one.

Just wanted to update my original post to say that QVC customer service responded to me and will be making this right.
