Re: Has anyone here tried the My Pillow with the gusset?

I just recently purchased the retail version of My Pillow at bed bath and beyond. It is not gusseted. I got the medium in standard size and I love it. I just paid $15 for it, as I had 20% off coupon and a gift card. It normally cost about $60, so when I say TSV I jumped on it. I purchased the queen size pillows in medium/firm so hubby can have the same great sleeping experience. I just weaned myself off Lunesta so I am for anything that can help me sleep. Previously used 2 pillows, that got hot, flat etc. My Pillow fixes those problems. I sleep like a baby on this pillow. Just can't understand the negative reviews.

I have the regular one (no gusset.) Hate it.

I have never tried MY Pillow. I have tried lots of different pillows. The only kind I have found that I really like are latex foam. I will be sticking to latex.

Re: Has anyone here tried the My Pillow with the gusset?

I bought two of these pillows from the MyPillow website just a few months ago. Based on our T-shirt sizes and sleeping positions, I ordered two firm pillows, for DH and myself.

I have to admit to being an insomniac, and MyPillow has not cured that; however, the very first morning I awoke after a full night's sleep, while still sitting on the edge of the bed, it struck me how much more rested I felt. It was very noticeable. When I do sleep, the quality of sleep I get from this pillow has been consistent, not a temporary 'new' thing.

My DH, who always wanted a wafer-thin, 'dead' pillow, balked mightily at the sight of his new one. They are surprisingly fluffy. He readily admits now that he's glad we switched and agrees the sleep quality is much better.

While I agree returning two of these pillows would be a nuisance, it would be surprising if you wanted to.

P.S. I forgot to mention the pillows from the website have 2" gussets. Also, we received two travel pillows as a bonus. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}

Strive for respect instead of attention. It lasts longer.

Re: Has anyone here tried the My Pillow with the gusset?

I just ordered the set with gussets. DH saw it and said to try this version. We have the others. All of us love them. DS has a set with him at college. I started out with the medium for me, but I like firm mattresses and firm pillows, so I switched! Now I use the firm to sleep, and the medium to prop up with the firm for reading in bed or watching TV. For years I slept on my stomach, and that was a hard habit to break. I had to pad myself at night so I wouldn't flip over! Now I try to sleep mostly on my side, but I usually end up on my back. Of course, I don't sleep ALONE - DH and I usually end up with at least two cats sharing the edge My Pillow with us! We are huge fans of these! Smile

No way will I spend over 100 dollars for a pillow. Waste of money. The pillow that was a TSV on HSN from Joy M was only 39 dollars and it's great.

Re: Has anyone here tried the My Pillow with the gusset?

After going through more pillows than I can count, I finally decided to break down and give My Pillow a try. I've been wanting to for about 2 years so I figured it was time. I've done gel pillows, memory foam pillows, down pillows... High hopes for this!
