Yes I have, twice so far and I have been very pleased with my purchases.  In fact, I am going on their website today to look for a decorative cabinet for my living room - they are on sale!.

I ordered rocking chairs for my porch and cedar chest from Hayneedle. Great prices, fast shipping and items exactly as I expected. I would order again if I found something that I need. Periodically they send emails and snail mail post cards with promotions/discounts.

I'm sitting in a recliner I ordered from them 7 years ago and it's been fine.  I also ordered electric fireplace logs as a gift for sister.  My experiences have been great.  No complaints.

Yes, I have and have had great experiences.  I ordered 2 solid wood benches ,a pendant light fixture for my kitchen and an outdoor rug with pad... great place to order IMO.. good Customer Service if needed and usually fast shipping...good sales, too.. 

They do use FedEX, which isn't my favorite, but haven't had any complaints so far.   Will continue to order from them in the future...

I’ve ordered three times from them and love everything. I’ve ordered an outdoor fire pit, dresser and a file cabinet. They had items much nicer than I could find locally. Prices were good and best of all No TAX, at least for me living in Arizona.

I ordered a mirrored console and I'm tell you...THANK GOODNESS I did the white glove service.  The item was in so many boxes and the assembly was harder than described.  I paid the white glove man 20.00 to do it for me.

I was so thankful cause the white glove, they take the item out the boxes and remove the boxes from your home.  If I had just had the boxes dropped off and they LEFT, it would have been a mess.

Also the item was packaged very well.

I would order from them again.

I would call customer service and ask them to explain their bonus credit points process, it is not called that name exactly but you earn a certain amount of points based on what you buy and it can be applied as "cash" to future purchases.

the only problem with furniture purchases is if it does not work out it can be drama to send it back.  With the white glove I could have had htem take the entire order back but it worked out for me.

I've ordered from their site twice, a jewelry armoire for my daughter in law and my granddaughter's crib. Both pieces beautiful.
