@Meowingkitty

What a rude neighbor. That would drive me crazy, because I am very sensitive to light.

Shortly after light starts to show around my plantation shutters. I wake up. Not a problem on work days, but when you are trying to sleep in just a little bit it's darn right annoying.

I'm very sensitive to any light in the bedroom at night. I use regular wooden blinds and I'm never without a silk sleep mask.

Re: Has Anyone Used Black Out Curtains Successfully LOL?

I once experienced true black out curtains at a motel.  I awoke at 11:00 the next morning.  Good thing it wasn't a work trip.  We use sleep masks at our house as our bedroom window gets the most sun.  Your circadian rhythms are very affected by light or lack thereof.
