Harry Slatkin fruit basket candles

This item was on clearance for only $16 so I got it.  I ordered the blueberry. I cannot explain to you how INSANELY good this smells, it's exactly like a blueberry muffin.  The ceramic holder is so beautiful and it comes with two candles inserts. I went back for the peach and the pumpkin because they're so nice and such an incredible value.  I want to use them in my kitchen to help alleviate the smell of cooked food after dinner is over.  The blueberry is so good it makes me hungry! Just wanted to share.

You are so correct!  Very strange.  I still love it though.

I just got mine and have yet to open them but good to hear they are good--plan on giving them out for gifts this summer---got all 3 flavors and will keep the pumpkin for me.

OK I just opened these up and OMG-------so juicy smelling and so well made--I am amazed and all for $16 !!!!! got the blueberry, apricot and the pumpkin---all are fabulous---my fav is the apricot altho I will keep the pumpkin, give away the blueberry/apricot  and mix up the wax so each get one of each favor-----so cute !!!

Re: Harry Slatkin fruit basket candles

Thank you for the heads up about this. I purchased the blueberry, because you stated that it smelled like blueberry muffins. That will work in any season. I stopped burning candles when I moved into my new home, because the soot on my walls and in my HVAC system in my previous home became a problem. I purchased 2 high wattage wax warmers from Amazon. I freeze my candles, take out the wax, cut it up into chunks and use them in the warmers. The scent lasts for days and is much stronger than burning the wicks. I have plenty of flameless candles for ambiance, so this method works well for me.

I bought a bunch of the refills, and the blueberry, pumpkin and strawberry one, when they were clearanced and free shipping.

I thought two refills for like $14 was a great price with no shipping. All the fragrances are great, the containers for that clearance price is excellent.

Lets just say I bought enough refills to burn these for several  years seasonally, at the very least!

Where did you get these?  I'm not a candle person but if they smell strong and great unlit, I'm in.   Depending on the 'flavors'.

Re: Harry Slatkin fruit basket candles

I had the blueberry from before and love it.

I bought two more when  they went down to $16 and will use them as gifts. I'm swiping the refills for myself, though. 😎.

The gifts will be the basket and one candle.
