Picture molding maybe. IMO the picture is way too big for that. Looks out of place.

The artwork is dreary and hanging on the crown molding is ridiculous.  There is stuff all over the place.  Messy and unattractive.

Oh my goodness, what a messy, cluttered room.  Gives me the creeps.  Someone doesn't know how to decorate.......or maybe they just like it like this.  No, thanks.
