We came home last Thurs to find a pipe had busted under our vanity in the upstairs bath flooding part of the bathroom and come down through the ceiling and ceiling fan/light in the kitchen and into a through the wall into a hall that's carpeted. We used towels to soak up all the water and also blotted the carpet until it was just damp but now it's starting to smell. Anyone have this happen and if so, what can we do now to take away the odor as well as make sure it's all drying properly?
