HGTV room makeovers

I've been watching over some time the re-dos HGTV does. Some are beautiful but others are.............well, downright awful in my eyes (for what little I know). Made me wonder if some of the clients feel the same way. Of course, they wouldn't show it on TV if they weren't happy. Does anyone know what they do in this case? Just curious. I keep waiting for some homeowner to open their eyes and say "ew............"{#emotions_dlg.ohmy}
