H205989 Set of 5 Mercury Glass Finials

Looking through Christmas decoration releases and came across H205989 set of 5 mercury glass finials.  Called customer service and was told they will be presented this Saturday 1/18 on Jill's 3 PM show. They are so pretty. I style my home with all kinds of finials all year long. Anxious to see these presented. Hope they do a video.

Thank you, Happy, we were wondering what show they will be in.

They are being sold on advanced order.  I hate when that happens.  Why put it in the show when it can't ship.

I simply could NOT resist the beautiful red set.  I am one who happens to like the advance ship route; more time to ponder with a better window to cancel when in doubt.  The red "hit" me & I hope it's the exact red I see on my HD TV.  Still waiting for Val's s/3 finials we are all wanting...!  The silver would look fabulous with this red set.

I wish there was an option of getting a set with 1 each of every color...for either small areas or just adding a touch to vignettes. Due to our small home, I don't see myself using all 5 of them in a single vignette, or using all of them in different vignettes with the same color.

I know that many are about to be busy watching Valerie, but please, when you can, let me know your thoughts on Jill's finials.

Gold good/bad?  General opinion?

I will watch the video if they ever upload it.

I don't know if you read my post above yours or not. I like them...just don't need 5 of one color. It would be nice to break them up Smiley Happy

Shopr, the finials are beautiful.  Their look is pristine, and they look much more finely and symmetrically built than the upcoming Swirl Finials from VPH (at least from what I can tell from the pictures).  Unlike many MG, store-bought items, which can appear to have more of a matte finish, the S5 finials have a shimmer and gloss to them.  If VPH's swirl finials don't impress me in the presentation, I will definitely buy Jill's.

To quote Jill, "....a soft pretty almost a pearlized gold; it's not too brassy & it's not too glitzy...or shiny.  There's a warmth...". I think she described the gold perfectly.
