H202264 Duck luminary

I ordered this cute duck luminary nwith intention of putting him on the half wall between the entry and the living room. My DH feels he should only be in a kitchen. Thoughts? opinions? don't have anywhere for him in the kitchen so I'll return him if he is too casual for in the LR. We have cottage style decor and a lot of mission style antiques.

Looking at the photos of the item, one is of either a living room or entry. I think your original plan is fine.
