H189141....Why is the price different?

I have the candles on my wishlist, but can't decide between these and a different pair. While watching the video, the price is clearly shown as $17.62 - sale price. They are currently on clearance for $19.38. Since when is a clearance price higher than a sale price? Do you ladies think if this were pointed out to CS, they would give me the sale price? Has anybody else ever noticed this kind of price difference?
