Great Sheets

Hi everyone Smiley Happy

Over the years, I have bought several sheet sets. Some good, some lousy. I usually tend toward ones that say "sateen", as I have found them to be very silky. What I would like to know is the difference between sheets that are 100% cotton vs. Egyptian cotton. I have never felt those, only seen them here on QVC. I am sooo picky about sheets, they have to be super comfy and ones that don't "pill" after several washings.

Hopefully you can provide me with some advice!

PS....it is true you shouldn't put fabric softener on high thread count sheets?
