Re: Got a New Christmas Tree

@bmorechick

    I go back and forth about my decor....I think I have "interior design bipolar" disease. haha

Part of me loves loves light and bright and part of me loves dark and cozy. I think I need 2 houses, one for each mood!

I love the color scheme you describe....grey, white and lighter colors, so light, bright and refreshing/peaceful.

As for your tree, maybe try leaving it ornament -free for one day or so and see how you feel about it, I personally love the look, in my minds eye it looks kinda like an enchanted lighted tree from the forest.

Re: Got a New Christmas Tree

I bought a 5 ft tree by Thomas Pacone about 25 years ago--had the 3 sections that went together but also had all those strings of lights that plugged into the power strips for each section too--that thing lasted until Xmas 2020!! The branches started to fall off---think I paid under $200 for it. Now I have a small 3.5 ft one from bethleham lights that I bought 2 years ago---sold my house and am in a small apartment now. It is very nice----but would love a new big tree.
