So cool. I showed my dad the picture of the chandelier I wanted and he said to order it as soon as we sell the house or they go to lighting. Whichever comes first. I am so excited. No turning back once I order it. My dad goes that is so ugly. My mom says it's pretty I won't get bedside lamps until I buy bedroom furniture.IMG_2678.JPG

Very nice.

I am putting one in my Master Bath.  It will do something for the room/area.

Yes for my bedroom. My bedroom look is coming together. Ordered the comforter and I have had the wall art for a long time. The only thing is I don't know how long I will have to wait to get bedroom furniture and a new bed. That will be the final piece. Building a new house has lots of expenses. So it might be six months after we move in for my bed and furniture.

It is beautiful!  Now if you can find some crystal type lamps for your bedside.  I do hope you can get your furniture right away, so you have that behind you.

I like the crystal lamps a lot that I found on wayfair. I was just thinking the cream ones might tie in the throw pillow I have and then I could get curtains the same color as the lamps. I was thinking crystal lamps with the chandelier might be to much. I hope pier1 still has it when we sell the house. It will probably be the middle of June or July before we are out of our current house.

I hope  I don't have to wait long for furniture. I think once we get settled in and things calm down expense wise I will be able to get it. I don't spend much of my money and it adds up pretty quickly. But I know right now I will be helping with any out of pocket expense items if my parents need any extra. Plus we are trying to get our current house ready to sell. They just had to go buy new flooring for the dining room and kitchen.

Today they signed off on the plot. Permits will be ready by next Wed and the bank has to appraise the bid from the builder. We are so close to being ready.

Just hoping they still have it in a month. He said to wait until the house is sold or they go buy lighting. I will cross my fingers.

The biggest decision is if I am able to go buy a bed what size do I buy. A Queen or a full. If I am able to get my furniture at the same time and they still have what I want I will get a full. But when I go buy the bed if they don't have the furniture anymore or I have to wait for it then I might get a Queen. They don't make very many nice bedroom furniture like head boards in full size.

Re: Getting my chandelier yipee

I'll tell you.  I grew up with a full sized bed.  I now have a queen and wouldn't go back.  The extra space is really nice, but bed linens do cost more.  I really do like the extra wiggle room.
