Lovely door and adjoining wall. Too much distraction on each side wall with furniture and several pictures. Half of the amount (in a larger scale) would have suited my taste better. For instance: a grandfather clock on one side and one desk & lamp with one larger picture above it for balance and scale within the "framework".

I love the door, floor, and space but not all the art work .

I would get rid of the pics on either side of the door.  I think the art work above the two tables is enough.
