I ordered the Don Aslett microfiber duster. There was a problem with the large duster head. Instead of me having to send the whole kit back, qvc's customer service got ahold of Don Asletts company and had them send me a replacement.Now that's what I call outstanding customer service.This is why I love shopping at the Q Other companies could certainly learn from the Q
