GREAT CURTAIN SALE FOR A PENNY AT JC PENNEY

Found great buys on 84" textured panels at JC Penney this week: " Buy one, get the second for $0.01 ". Basically 50% off. There was a separate section for rods at 50% off. I did t have their credit card, so I got one and additional 15% off. Special sale brought and additional 20% off.

When they have a sale, they really mean it !!!

Hope this helps someone in the middle of decorating or just getting started. Remember, you can return things that don't work out.

Thanks for the info - I'm a big fan of JCP drapes but unfortunately they are 'limping' along to bankruptcy I'm afraid.

I was looking at some drapes (Geneva) in the catalog I recently received. But I would up getting more of the red scroll Spencer roman shades. I alread have some in the hall and they are on closeout. They are having a great sale.

yes jc penneys have them, i bought them for my bedroom last yr when they had a sale!

Just hung new curtains on my main floor from Penney's last month. They were half off, plus another 20%, plus free shipping, plus another $10 off. Got a great deal for the quality of the curtains.

I pretty much left JC Penney's many years ago. Our local store is dead, the help is less than accommodating, and the products in general aren't anything like they were a couple of decades ago (but what is??). Based on this last purchase, I may start looking there again.

@bonnie f, do you have the vendor's name of your blackout curtains? Do they truly keep your room dark? TIA!

I bought curtains from JCP last year and the quality and price was great but our local store is dead as well @Mominohio. Maybe the web site is improving & the b&m stores are dying.

they do keep your room dark yes.. i forget which ones i got, it was like 3 yrs ago.. but they have alot of nice ones to choose from! you wont be dissapointed
