Okay, thank you, @Oznell .  I thought I was going crazy for a minute there.   I have to say I like the decor in the not-her-condo picture better than the decor in her condo.  I would love to have that chest.

@DREAMON,  I meant to tell you and forgot:   Your explanation of why you could tolerate the TV in front of the painting made so much sense to me!   Exactly.  The fact that it is abstract, and not "pictorial" or "figural",  means that you're not missing out on seeing an important part, like somebody's head or something.   It's more like an abstract mural in the background.

Like you,  I still think she could have contrived another arrangement, but your rationale is spot on.

I like it and think that it is very well done! I agree about the light fixtures though, don't care for them, but I do like the red lamps in the bedroom.......very pretty!

It's a nice series of spaces and she's done some nice things with them. Overall though, to me, there's too much packed into it and too much of it is 'on trend'. There are certainly things I'd change and frankly, I think the place could use a little bit of an edit.

Her condo has a nice view, and the rooms do have a relaxing vibe. I'm not really loving the grey and light neutral color scheme though. She does have a few accent colors here and there which help, but overall, I need more color in my home.
