Furniture Advice

I need some advice. To make a long story short when my parents passed away within 6 months of each other I brought home a lot of furniture. Found room for it along with other stuff. I can't really say I love the piece, it is more of a dust collector and in my home office which it really doesn't go. So how do I get rid of it without feeling guilty?. I am sure many of you have dealt with this issue. I say to myself it is a piece of furniture. Then do I give it away for tax purposes or Craig's list? Any thoughts or ideas would be very welcomed.
