Beautiful!

At $1,976 per sq-foot, I know you pay for the view,

but I’m surprised it’s not staged in a way to be more inviting.

The massive ‘door’ opens up to a foyer/elevator entry.

The virual tour of the downstairs bedrooms..odd.

Definitely paying for the upstairs view.

Love the space; not crazy about the furniture.

@lolakimono

So this is how “city people” live?

I am used to having a window/s in each room! I’d get claustrophobia!

Heart the space! Oh, the doors and windows are great focal points. This is similar to my idea of loft-living, which would be my forever home!  Would prefer different furnishings, but that's an easy change.

I love the rooms because they are big and light especially the light colored wood flooring and beams. The front door is gorgeous.

The downstairs bedroom area is very claustrophobic.

Almost....basement feeling.

I would renovate & open up everything.

I really like the space and the view, but I would get different furnishings and put sheers and drapes on those windows.  I need privacy when I want it.

Re: French Inspired Tribeca Apartment

The apartment is beautiful and the view is fabulous. However the furniture appears to be to small for the space and is not cozy and inviting. It gives the apartment a very cold feeling.
