I don't like it whatsoever. I wouldn't even care for the artwork without the paint but with it makes it look even worse.

Guess I'm missing the point.  I usually appreciate, (even if I don't like it) others creativity but not this.

At first glance I don't care for these.  Sometimes I change my mind after the initial shock wears off.  I'm wondering if I might like this effect better if done on black and white photographs, then painted over with black, white or grey...
