For those with the Luminara birch candles...

from P Barn, how is the battery life on these? I see they take 2 D batteries each. Also what sizes do you have for a grouping? I am debating on these as they are very pricy, but I see they have a coupon code at the top of their page with free S&H right now. TIA!

Kohl's has these also, not so pricy. They are also on a timer.

I didn't check for total battery life, but I used mine from Thanksgiving weekend through New Year's on one set of batteries with the timer setting.

I have the ones from Kohl's and I don't believe they are the same as PB, at least mine aren't. PBarn's are real birch bark and the ones I have from K's are painted to look like birch bark. I got mine last year. They're just O.K., would love to get the real deal, but would need a sale AND free shipping!

@KellKats...

I have 4 of the white birch PB candles...one of each of the 4 different sizes. I wanted them of varying heights and such so I can either group them all together or separately with varying heights.

Keep in mind, they are not 'matchy-matchy'...very organic and natural looking. I love them. When I bought them, they were 30% off late last year and I didn't get them til March since they were all on backorder. I have not used them yet, but will be this week. I assume and expect the battery life will be long like all our other Luminara candles Smiley Happy

Thanks Susan - I didn't know they had a white birch!  - I bet those are really pretty. I like the ones I see on line right now, as they would go in our LR as we have the wood tongue and groove on our walls so I would like the "organic" look to them. You got a really great sale on those! I think they would look nice with my fall items as well!

@KellKats ...just omit the word 'white'...I have the ones you are looking at. When I think of birch trees, I just automatically think of the 'white' birch trees. I am from CT, so was around many of them Smiley Happy

They are really nice. I am waiting until Tuesday to see what Luminara has here at the Q and then I will decide. I am not seeing much from Val's sneek peak that I NEED so maybe I will have these be my splurge for fall. Don't really need much of anything else. Just need to decide on the sizes!
