I am quoting @Marsha2003 above, because that was my immediate thought when I read the OP.  My memory could simply be way off, but it seems to me that the new items are getting strung along a little later (later, in QVC terms, that is!) into the season this year. 

In last weekend's holiday shows, I was glad to see the set of Valerie's bottle brush trees and the new bay leaf champagne wreath and garland offered by Jill.  I know that they are definitely slight variations of previously offered items, but they are indeed new. 

Having said that, I know that if QVC does what it has done every year up until now, the time is upon us when even the decorating shows become full of nothing but repeat airings of stale items, especially ones that seem to be way overstocked, like the sentiments candles and glitter angels.
