It seems that SMEG and a prison toilet had a baby. The color and design of SMEG and the lack of a toilet seat seen in prisons. I do think it is missing the handle. It seems as though it might be missing a few pieces before install.

Reminds me of a toilet we saw in Aruba.  It was a huge shark, mouth wide open where you "sit"- seat was all teeth. 

Rather ornate, unusual, unexpected (?) and I'm not interested in sitting on either one, Thanks anyway...
