Flameless Santa Candle by Avon

I found this on Amazon. I think it's really pretty and am considering it (even though it has no timer).

I didn't realize Avon made flameless candles. Has anyone ever purchased a flameless candle from Avon? Do they last or are they 'battery eaters'??? TIA
