I know you have been through so much with this project and finally the time has come! I wish your whole family the best of luck with the build and can't wait to see your room. The furnishings you picked out are beautiful.

You look great. Congrats on the whole process. There will be frustating moments, if

a contractor is not moving as quickly as you think he should be. We have been

through this 2x, maybe a third in a year or so. lol. You are making future memories

for your family.

You have posted on here, so much about the journey of the new house to be, but the pictures of your family really bring the whole thing to life and into reality for us.

Great looking family, and you look beautiful just as you are with a smile.

The property looks rather rural, or at least has woods nearby. Will that stay like that or will the area be developing? Right now it looks to be a beautiful and peaceful place with lots of nature and lots of space.

One of the first things we asked before buying the property was development. This part of the city is growing very fast. The woods behind the house are all protected. There is zero chance of any commercial development.  It is rural but isn't far away from anything. May take 10 minutes to to get to the grocery store.  So a nice rural setting but very close to everything. A great middle ground.

How exciting, my home took 4 - 5 months to build and I love it. Can't believe I've been here a year 8 months already. Enjoy picking out colors, furniture, etc.

The cool thing is our builder has its own show room. So everything has already been done. My parents did that before anything even went to the bank. We do have to go to lighting and cabinet maker yet. I hope ours only takes five months. Right now they have Feb 28th as the finish date. That's right about six months. Not to bad.
