I have what looks to be the exact same product, only from WM, for the same price, no S&H. It works really well for me. Glad you found something that helps you.

@house_catI agree. I’ve had mine for about two years or so and it is a back saver. I also have the hand held scrubber for the walk I shower. Great product. 

I’ve also had my Haan floor steamer since it was first on the Q and it still works as well as when I bought it. It’s a nice,very well product.
