Several comments about this one being restful, peaceful and so on and that was my take too. I find it a very tranquil home. I don't care for the kitchen particularly, but the overall mood of the house is relaxing and appealing to me.

There are many like or similar places along that stretch of land in Mobile.  It is what is called locally, Gulf Shores, only a few miles from Panama City Beach, Destin, San Destin, Grayton and Pensacola beaches.  It is an ideal location for those moving from northeast rather than Miami or Tampa which are so doggedly expensive.  We had friends (they are deceased now) who had a place on what is called Perdido Beach nearby and we had access to it once a year in late June.  We loved going there far more peaceful than any of the aforementioned in my post.
