Favorite homestyle bloggers?

Often I look at homestyle and lifestyle blogs and think I'm about to find something really special.  All too often, I find they are written by very young women whose lives do not reflect my own very much at all, or at least not enough.  It's true they do have some very good points, but overall there is not enough of a "connect" for me.

Does anyone know of any blogs for the "woman of a certain age"?

I don't follow any blog regularly, but some I've enjoyed a time or two.

Susan Branch's is my absolute favorite blog of all time!

@redbird  Have you read her books?  In addition to those charming cookbooks, she has published the one of her trip to England, and the first part of her two-parter biography.  I have those two and love them, as well as a couple of her cookbooks.

Thanks, @Mominohio

Like you, I've gone to some from time to time and have seen the naps on the porch blog.  I hadn't checked out the other one before (but just did and it's a good one).

I would often rather have everything compiled in a book that I could flip at my convenience rather than clicking and scrolling and waiting for pages to load.   But of course you do have the convenience of more updates and lots of choices with an online blog.
