Exchange Policy Question

Hi. I purchased the set of 3 angel candles by candle impressions. Well, this is actaully the second set I bough. Anyways, this time, 2 of the Angels have broken wings. I want to exchange them. My question is....I know I will be charged for return shipping to send the package back, but, since it will be an exchange,will I also be charged shipping for them to send a new set back to me?
