Endless array of sofa throws

For the last 2 months have seen an endless array of sofa throws offered by QVC with patterns ranging from  autum motifs to Halloween to winter themes. I really have reached my peak of seeing anymore  but realize they will likely have  numerous more for Christmas .

Anyone buy any  of these throws ?  I did not need any throws , however bought one  that was blue with sunflowers to give as a  housewarming gift.

Re: Endless array of sofa throws

@skatting44  I just bought the Hay and Harvest "Leaves" throw for $13.99 plus $3.50 S&H. My best friend is having her knee done the third week in Oct. I'm going to take her this along with a beef stew. I think she'll love it, because she has to stay in a lounger for the first several days.

What I wanted and was looking for is not what I purchased. Still not sure I'm going to keep.

I purchased from Garnet Hill a cotton twin size blue gray quilted "throw".

What I was hoping for and couldn't find is a quilted puffy-type silk throw ... the one I used to have was ivory and very light weight.

This one may not be so heavy after washing?

I don't know... my place (room) gets cold in the winter ...

It'll get worse before it gets better.  The season for "cozy" is just beginning.  Throws make fantastic gifts as you don't need a size and many go with any color scheme.  Sadly, I've found that every year they seem to get thinner and more cheaply made.

@LTT1.  Consider getting an electric throw if your room is quite chilly.  I have one in soft velour that is heavenly and warms up fast, appreciated mornings when the house is still cold.  Amazon always has a nice selection,  as do other retailers.

I love and purchase the Berkshire (plain) throws or the Dennis Basso throws. I buy a new one each year.
