If there are any electricians out there, I would sure appreciate some advice. About three weeks ago, the lights in our house started flickering--in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and basement. We've had our electrician out twice now (for this and for some work on our garage lights unrelated to this problem) and, of course, the lights wouldn't flicker at all while he was here. Even so, he checked on things, including the neutrals, and couldn't find anything. I've called our power company and they're supposed to check on the outside connections. If they don't find anything either, I'm at a loss as to what to do next. I'm so worried that the problems with the lights could cause damage to my computers (or other electronics), or, even worse, cause a house fire. Does anyone have any suggestions, please? Thanks!
