Do you have your Easter decs out yet? I'm getting mine together. I skipped Valentines Day; decided to go straight to Easter.

I just started trying to get them together in the last few days. I did decorate for VDay but now it's on to Spring colors! Yesterday I received my set of 2 lit Easter egg garlands from VPH. They were a LT Special and now I wish I had ordered more than one set. They are so cute! They plug in and that is a good thing.

I resisted buying any VPH this time. Really wanted the springy garland from her show, but I stayed strong. Going to take a look at your garland if they are still available. I just hate to pay S&H anymore tho . . .

I did go shopping at HL and M's this week. Did a little damage and now I'm trying to figure out what to do with the stuff I brought home. Painted some things today.

Will try to put up some pics when it all comes together.

I do need to try and share some photos here if and when I finish! I checked and those egg garlands are sold out. They even look really nice inside of a lantern with the cord coming out the door and the door turned to the back. I did buy a 9' yellow forsythia garland at HL a couple of days ago. It is really nice and was 50% off and that made it $15. They only had one or I might have purchased two. I also caved for the nicest set of old fashioned looking resin bunnies. They are fairly good size and I could not leave without them. I have bunny issues!

Bunny issues, too funny. I checked all of them out at HL this week, didn't find anything. Don't think I saw yours. Would love to see a pic, gonna check out HLs website.

The M store's spring garlands I bought mimic Val's but are not as long or lush. But they were a third the price of hers, on sale. I can work with them for that price. Missed those egg garlands. Think I will start haunting Val's things here on the Q to try to pick up my faves at reduced $$.

whitelinen...Here are my bunnies. The color in the photo is not as good as it should be. They are very rich in color and detail. I have not decided where to put them yet but I'm working on it!

Thanks! They are about 18" tall. They were the last set and I could not leave without them.

I like them sitting on the hearth of your fireplace. Maybe put some "fake grass" under and around them. Not that shiney fake fake looking grass but might be able to find some that looks more real. That would look cute. Especially since they are so big. Just a thought.

I can see why they had to go home with you. Really cute

That is a great idea Mallemo. I just hit Pier One yesterday and did some damage and I used some ideas I saw on here to help decorate. On an earlier post you made (I think it was the end of February), you had a bird cage with 2 smaller distressed bunnies next to it. Do you remember where you got those bunnies. I tried to get the black and white bunnies everyone was talking about but was too late and they were sold out. I got 2 similar white distressed bunnies at Pier 1 yesterday but wanted a few more different ones and loved the ones you had in that previous pic. If you remember, can you post it for me.

I looked through my posts and I can't find where I posted a birdcage with bunnies. I'll keep looking though. None of the photos that I post are my own items. They are usually from Pinterest or Google images. I'm sorry I can't be of more help! Do you remember what other items were on the thread by chance?

We are having a new stone wall built behind our fireplace (the contractor is here today) and these pictures are just what I needed to get me in the mood to decorate...love them!!!

I just flipped back through the thread too and now I don't see that pic anywhere. If I can find it, I'll "quote" it. Thanks for checking.
