Hmm, I just checked and it's definitely off the site. I would like to see a picture to check it against mine.

They were just selling them on clearance Thursday for $79. Hope that isn't the one.

Not issuing refunds at this time?!! Please tell me they don't think it's acceptable to have them repaired!

I started a thread today not knowing this was already here. I just received the call today. I'll be very angry if we're not issued a refund. I purchased two of the black ones and there's no way I want a replacement. I agree...not acceptable to try and have them repaired. I want to return mine and get a refund. Again...item number is V32316.

{#emotions_dlg.sneaky}I got the call too. I am not happy about this, I have been using my heater since I bought it a few months ago, and LOVE it. I have not noticed any wonky odors or overheating.

This is bull hockey if they don't give us a refund! What would they replace it with anyway, since they are recalling them all?

Too freaking unbelievable.

What item number do you have? I have two, from a TSV a while back, and I didn't get a message.

It wasn't the TSV heater; it was the small cube heater. The robocall said more information will be sent. In the meantime, don't use the heater.

Is QVC expecting every single customer who purchased these heaters to ship them back in order for us to get a refund?? What if we gave these as gifts like I did. Two of them nonetheless!! A refund should be issued immediately no matter if we ship them back or not!! How's that going to look to ask the recipient for their gift back because now WE have to take the time to ship these things back. How does this because our problem??

I purchased a larger Duraflame heater around October and my friend liked it so much he purchase 3 of those small ones , one for him and the other were holiday gifts. He got the call today. I sure hope they do good by this as I referred him to Qvc to purchase them.

That's why it's a good idea to always fill out and send in those Warranty cards and include all of your phone numbers. Also, never leave your heaters on while sleeping and/or overnight.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

They will probably ask you to cut and return the cord only and issue refunds when they get the cord. I think it would be too expensive for QVC receive and then have to dispose of so many defective units. Cheaper to leave disposal to customers.
