Duraflame TSV cream color question

I have a cream one on check hold. A few people have indicated that it has a gray/putty tone to it. I would sure appreciate some more opinions from those of you who have it in cream. A grayish color will definitely not work so I am leary because of the costly return fee. Thank you!
