Saw an ad in the Sunday paper for this product with a coupon.  Has anyone tried it yet?  If yes, did it work for you - did you like it?

According to the ad, you spray the item of clothes that has some wrinkles, tug at them, and then hang to dry and the wrinkles are gone.

I thought this would be useful for me as I have a lot of clothes and they're packed pretty tight in my closets.  When I pull something out to wear, they have some wrinkles and I then usually do a quick touch-up with the iron.  If it works I thought it would be a great help.

It's been around for a long time.

My daughter uses it and it works well.

As a kid I had a severe allergic reaction to Downy Fabric Softener so I won't touch it with a 10 foot pole.

@BunSnoop, I have not used it, but I thought after spraying that the item had to be shaken before tugging.  I think that I saw that on a commercial.  I like to iron, so I probably would not be buying, but it would be great on vacation, if it works.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

@BunSnoopHere's the issue.  Water basically does the same thing.  I think we all know that if you take out a shirt that is damp dry from your dryer and hang it up it will be devoid of wrinkles.

But for a quick fix for a garment you pulled out of the closet and would like to wear right now....it's going to take overnight for it to dry if you spray it with Wrinkle Release or a spray bottle of just water. About the smell.  Wrinkle Release is heavily scented and I've had to hold my breath when using it.  The smell dissipates from the garment but.....it's not plesant to breathe it in if you're sensitive to strong odors.

The long and the short of it.  If you don't want to iron, buy a small hand held steamer.  I have one.  You just fill it and plug it in and steam away the wrinkles.  Mine is so small it's just for one or two items and then I'd have to add more water.

I purchased something along this line many years ago to pack in my suitcase when traveling afar...mainly to Asia.  It worked somewhat when no iron was available.

i would not use it at home.  I don't like chemicals on my clothing...even fabric softener is a no for me.

We're never without a bottle in use and a backup waiting.  As with your situation, @BunSnoop, our hanging clothes sometimes get wrinkled if they get smooshed in the closet so we give them a spritz and a firm "snap", then let them dry before dressing - you don't saturate the garment so it doesn't take long to dry.  I bring a travel size bottle with us when we go on our trips too.

If it's taking that long to dry, you're using way too much.

I've used it for years.  I don't mind ironing when at home but this product is great for travel.
