@stevieb I absolutely love it!  I do not see one thing I would change, or get rid of, or add too!  I could live there, move in today!

Thank you so much for posting this!

I like the kitchen except for the table & chairs with that chandelier that does not fit in with the lights in the kitchen.  I like the bathroom and the two outdoor areas.  The rest is too ornate for me and even the outside of the house the ornate ironwork (or whatever it is) is too orante for me).

I think I'm beginning to believe I could live with ornate!  Beautiful.

@stevieb    All I can say is Wow!!!   Every room is beautiful.  I wouldn't change a thing.   I love that chest in the second picture.

The only things I would change are the two big paintings.  Otherwise the outside is the quintessential southern home and the inside is inviting........great kitchen!  Lovely!

@Patriot3  I agree about the art pieces. I don't necessarily dislike them, but don't much care for them in this context, even if it has gotten to be a rather predictable decorating choice to pair modern art with more traditional decor.

Re: Down Old Metairie Way...

I like the exterior and the outside spaces more than the inside furnishings which are a bit ornate for me. I really love the 2 outdoor seating & dining areas. The kitchen and narrow room with the green sofa and built-ins are nice too.
