What do you think?

It seems to have a nod to Asian influences, but then I see the chair.

Does it go there?  Why or why not?

Hmm, for me it's not the shape of the chair it's the color that is throwing me.  I see what you mean though.

I am not a fan of the chair. I do not like the shape or the color.

I'd move out the table and chair, this style just does not go. I do like the headboard (I think!).

Oh, NO! The chair belongs in a different century and the color is all wrong, as well. Otherwise, it's a lovely room.

@lolakimono   I do like the room and its Asian influence.  If I had to use this style of chair it would be better if it was white to match the parson's table.

A simple style, small wicker chair to mimic the bench would be even better.

A somewhat appealing space. The chair is pale blue while the bedding and curtain trim has more turquoise going on. I don't care for the chair at all but I think it's a reasonable fit for the overall room, despite not being a match.

Here, they've used the same intensity level of the colors to make the room easy on the eye.  

The blue of the chair is likely repeated in the room.  The room "goes", together, it's meh....ok for me.  I wouldn't want it.

The chair belongs on The Jetsons rather than this room....it just doesn't fit.....
