OHH Stainless steel is what the burner covers are made of not metal LOL

 

 I have an elec can opener but no mixer. Toaster is in the cabinet.

Yes, I still use a cover on my toaster, it always sits out on my counter.

I don't have toaster or burner covers, and don't have either a mixer or an electric can opener.  I keep things simple!

I have made appliance covers but I take measurements and make my own patterns using newspaper.  I live in a very dusty place, have my appliances on open shelves,

 so to keep them dust free I like to use covers.

These were all the rage, when I was a kid in the 70s.  All the moms had them.  I've never used them.

I don't think my Mom used any of these but I am guilty of using the burner covers "back in the day!"

Gosh, I had forgotten all about those.  Obviously I have never used them and my mom has never used them either.
