Does anyone here know if when you order the ECO Flow Delta,

portable powere station comes in two seperate boxes? We received our solar panels yesterday but still haven't gotten the expensive battery that you can charge your fridge on? I called qvc to ask where it is and was told to wait and see if it ever shows up, I then called Eco company to ask them where it is and a lady told me she knows absolutely nothing, she took my information from me and said someone will call me but no one has called me. This was a thousand dollar item, I would like to get what I paid for.  The box the panels came in does not say 1 of 2 either.
