Re: Does any one have a Hastens mattress? Or should I just get the Sleep Number??????

[ Edited ]

@JasoninBoston - have you ever slept on a Cuddle Ewe? I sleep on a firm foam mattress covered with a 4" gel foam topper covered with a Cuddle Ewe.

Yeah, the princess and the pea! This combo works best for me so I don't care how thick it is.

Cuddle Ewe is pricey but worth every cent.

WOW- just read through and realized this is a repeat of something I suggested already!

Just goes to show how important a good sleep is! LOL

Re: Does any one have a Hastens mattress? Or should I just get the Sleep Number??????

I took the advice of many here and got a cuddle ewe this time last year.  I love it.  I live in the deep south of Georgia, so it is HOT!  I'm also a hot sleeper.  This doesn't make me hot, yeah...a wool under blanket doesn't make me hot.  It is nice.  I got a waterproof, breathable mattress pad cover to protect it.  Wool doesn't like water/moisture.  I fluff it when I change the sheets and rotate it.  That is all. It has made my mattress, now some 11 years old, new again.  I also have a 2" memory foam topper, 4lb foam, under that.  This way I get the benefit of both, without the new mattress.  I will also look into the Helix and the Classic Brands Gramercy 14" Cool Gel Memory Foam & Innerspring Mattress.  The Wayfair price on the Gramercy one is way better than on Amazon or any others, which is nice for a change with free shipping!

@Tigriss  - I was just on Wayfair today and checked the price again, Now it's $456.99 for the king!  That's what we paid, or thereabouts.  It seems the price fluctuates so it's good to keep checking and strike when the time is right.

The king on Amzon is 587.28, so Wayfair is better.  The queen is 368.99 on Wayfair and 425.19 on Amazon.  Wayfair has a better price, but Amazon's is Prime shipping.  The price difference may be made up on the prime shipping.
